Event & Festival Advisory
I help founders, venues and event teams turn ideas into experiences that actually work, from concept and positioning to customer journey, programming, team structure and growth.

Experience Creator & Founder Mentor & Advisor · International DJ
I’ve spent more than a decade building events, communities and experiences that bring people together, from growing Ecstatic Dance Koh Phangan from around 60 people to 600+, to helping build Ecstatica Festival from 150 to 800+ guests.
Creating exceptional experiences that move people, bring them together and stay with them.
What I do
I help founders, venues and event teams turn ideas into experiences that actually work, from concept and positioning to customer journey, programming, team structure and growth.
One-to-one mentoring for founders, creatives and people building events, communities or experience-led businesses. Practical help with clarity, positioning, creative direction and decisions, so ideas become something real.
Designing the whole experience around an event, not just the programme.
International DJ sets and music direction built around the emotional journey of an event, not just a slot in the timetable.
Real projects, real results. Open each one to see what I did.
My work with Mindvalley went beyond arriving as a DJ and playing a set.
I worked with the event team to understand the intention, audience and emotional flow of the VIP experience, then helped shape the music and atmosphere around different parts of the VIP event.
The aim was to make the music feel integrated into the wider event journey rather than treated as a separate performance.
Designing the music around the experience, not simply the timetable.
Ecstatica began as an intimate 150-person gathering and grew into an 800+ person festival within two years.
As co-founder, I helped build the brand, the community, the event design, the programming and the guest experience, along with the team and systems behind that growth.
The challenge was not simply to make the event bigger. It was to scale it while keeping the intimacy, connection and atmosphere that made people want to return.
Growth without losing the experience.
Ecstatic Dance Koh Phangan started as a small local gathering of around 60 people and grew into a community with events of more than 600, becoming one of the best-known ecstatic dance communities internationally.
As founder, I’ve developed the experience, programming, community, team, operations, customer journey and commercial model behind that growth.
The growth came from constantly refining the experience: not just the music, but how people arrive, how the room feels, how the team works and what makes people want to come back.
Build the experience well, and the community grows around it.

I founded Ecstatic Dance Koh Phangan in 2016 and have spent years developing the music, creative direction, event experience and community around it.
What began as a dance event became a long-running conscious dance community, built around freedom, movement, connection and great music.

Ecstatica is an international festival built around ecstatic dance, live music, breathwork, ceremony and human connection. I co-founded the festival to create spaces where people can move, connect, celebrate and experience something deeper than a conventional event.
Ecstatica has had iterations in Thailand and in Sweden, including Ängsbacka, as well as Slovakia and Austria, with the vision of taking the experience to communities around the world.

About
For more than a decade, I’ve been building events and communities where people come together through music, movement and shared experience.
Before that, I spent years in the corporate world on complex aerospace projects, where planning, systems and delivery mattered. I bring both sides to every project: the creative idea people fall in love with, and the structure, team and decisions needed to make it real.
I don’t build alone. I work with a trusted international network of producers, artists, facilitators, designers and technicians, and bring in the right people for each project.
Vision · People · Systems · Delivery
Based on Koh Phangan, Thailand. Working internationally.

DJ. Aerospace designer. Burnout. Photographer. Adventure biker. Founder.
I’m from Cornwall, England, and I discovered DJing in the ’90s as part of the rave scene. The lifestyle got a little too wild, so I left it behind and built a corporate career in aerospace design. After a severe burnout in 2009, I left corporate life, travelled, reinvented myself and spent the next eight years working as a photographer around the world.
Music had always been part of my life, and eventually I found my way back to it through the conscious dance scene. In 2016 I founded Ecstatic Dance Koh Phangan. That project became the beginning of a much bigger chapter: creating events, communities, festivals and experiences built around music, movement, sobriety and connection.
That’s where I am today: founder of Ecstatic Dance Koh Phangan and co-founder of Ecstatica Festival, two of the best-known names in the conscious dance world.
When I’m not behind the decks, I’m on a motorbike or out exploring the sea and the mountains. Nature is how I recharge, biking is one of my great passions, and yes, I’m a bit of an adrenaline junkie.

I don’t just turn up, play a set and leave.
I work with event producers to understand their vision, intention and arc of the experience, then craft the music around it.
From Mindvalley to festivals, retreats and intimate productions, I like to become part of the project, not just a name on the line-up.
For me, the dance floor has a journey. Playful, then deep. Rhythm, then space. Celebration, emotion, release and connection.
I don’t just play the event. I help shape how it feels.
I’ve worked with Mindvalley University and A-Fest, DJing and helping create experiences that bring people together through music, movement and energy.

I bring an unusual mix: corporate systems thinking, hands-on event experience and years of building communities from the ground up.
I look at the whole project: the concept, the people, the customer journey, the money and the systems behind it. Then I help you see what needs to change to make it stronger.
I also mentor founders and creatives one-to-one while they build, with practical help on positioning, creative direction and the big decisions.
Work with me
My advice comes from building, producing and working inside real projects, not from standing outside them. I understand both the creative idea and the systems, people, money and decisions it takes to deliver it.
I advise from experience because I still build.
I look beyond the immediate problem at the concept, audience, customer journey, team, commercial model and operations.
I identify the gaps, unnecessary complexity and decisions that are holding the project back.
I help turn the strategy into clear priorities, stronger systems, the right team and actions that can actually be delivered.
Good advice early is a lot cheaper than fixing the wrong decisions later.
Building something meaningful?
If you’re developing a festival, retreat, venue, event concept or experience-led business, I can help you strengthen the experience, structure and direction.
